Orders for tshirts, sweatshirts, yearbook and directory are due tomorrow–Friday Sept 20.
- If you still have your pile of paper from packet pick-up, you can find the envelope and forms there.
- Envelopes, tshirt order forms and yearbook order forms are available in the office. There is no directory form required unless you want to update your information.
- If you can’t find your forms and can’t get to school:
- The Spirit Gear (tshirt/sweatshirt) order form is attached.
- The Yearbook form can be found by going to findleypto.com, choosing the Volunteer tab and clicking on Yearbook: https://www.findleypto.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Order-Flyer-2013.pdf
- Place both forms in an envelope with your check. Include an extra $5 if you want a directory. Mark the envelope “PTO FORMS” and send with your child to the school office.
