Proposed revisions to Findley PTO Bylaws can be found at

We’ll be briefly reviewing the document and voting on approval of this revision at the February PTO meeting (Tuesday, February 18th at 9am in the Art Room).

The main changes are to Board of Directors membership and duties. Additional Board positions are proposed, and officer duties are rearranged to align with current practices (Articles 5-7). Articles 8 and 9 also contain minor changes to align with current practices.
