Today is the last day to turn in the forms for the family matinee program. You’ll receive tickets next week. Part of the sales go to the Findley PTO. If you need time to turn in the form please send me a note @ anu.balu@gmail.com and I’ll try my best to accomodate!

FAMILY MATINEE PROGRAM

The family movie matinee program is a great way to see recent movies at a great price and contribute a little to our P.E. department.

1. Complete this form.

2. Make checks payable to Findley PTO.

3. Put order form & check into an envelope.

4. Indicate how you want tickets returned.

5. Tickets will be returned the week of October 5th 2015.

6. Drop it off orders in the main office no later than Friday, Oct 2nd 2015.
